Bruce Weiner, M.D., F.A.C.S. is a breast cancer surgeon and medical director of the Montgomery Cancer Center in Norristown, Pa. For over 20 years, Dr. Weiner has specialized in treating breast cancer, offering the newest surgical techniques to his patients, including sentinel node biopsy and MammoSite partial breast radiation. His practice strives to offer surgical expertise with compassionate care. As a member of the Professional Advisory Board, Dr. Weiner strongly believes that all women should be empowered to make their own health care decisions by having a full understanding of the various treatment options of breast cancer. 

Dr. Weiner received his B.A. from Harvard University and his M.D. from the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He did his surgical training at The Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City and then received his post-graduate breast training at the prestigious Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. He is a board-certified Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of many surgical societies including the American Society of Breast Surgeons and the American Society of Breast Disease. Dr. Weiner has been a principal investigator in the Breast Cancer Prevention Trial and the STAR trial of the National Surgical Adjuvant Breast and Bowel Project.
